You will receive a 5-7 person Helsinki Lay Z Spa, full chemical kit, & instructional demonstration. All hot tubs are inflatable and will arrive deflated. We setup and take away everything for you!

Gazebos are included with every booking.

A level surface (no gradient or slope) of just over 2  x 2 meters for the hot tub, and a power socket (outdoor or indoor). For a gazebo hire you will need just over 2.5 x 2.5 meters area.

The hot tubs are inflatable and will arrive deflated; access will not be a problem. We can enter through the house if necessary.

The customer is responsible for the filling & emptying of the hot tub; all you need is a hose pipe. You do not need an outside tap necessarily; you could purchase a tap connector for your kitchen tap and fill from there.

Please select either Thursday to Monday or Monday to Thursday – you can also hire Thursday to Thursday or Monday to Monday!

Your tub will be delivered on the first date you select and collected on the last. Please bear in mind, if you are filling with cold water, your tub may take over 24 hours to heat.

2.5m gazebos are included with every booking. You will need over 2.5m area to have one installed. Lighting is not provided, but you may use your own.

Delivery of the hot tub will be made on the first day you select. We will contact you with a time for delivery the day before your delivery date.

Collection of the hot tub will be made on your collection day between 8am and 6pm – we will provide a time the day before.

You do not need to be in when the tub is collected, but we will need access to power to use our pumps – you can hang one of your extension leads out your window if needed.

We have a pump available to pump the water out to an area or drain within 10 metres of the tub, or you can pull the plug or siphon the water before we arrive (click here to watch a video on how to do it)

If filling with cold water, your tub will take 24 hours to heat up to a useable temperature depending on outside temperature.

You are welcome to fill with hot water. You will need an outside hot water tap or adaptor for an inside tap.

You can pay secure your booking with a £20 booking deposit. The remainder is to be paid on delivery in cash.

We do not take a security deposit on delivery, however by agreeing to the terms and conditions you are liable for any damages up to £500.00.

Prices do slightly increase on Bank Holidays due to the higher demand and increased staffing cost.
